Perfect Signal Conditioning
IOLITE offers high-end signal conditioning. With its range of input and output slots, you can measure voltage, current, strain, stress, vibration, sound, temperature, digital, counters, and more.
Proven high-quality data acquisition hardware combined with award-winning DewesoftX data acquisition software performs data collection without losing even a single sample. It also provides great data visualization and processing capabilities.
Data can be stored in a time-series database, and served to SCADA systems using standard interfaces such as OPC UA or XCP to truly support Industry 4.0 applications.
Off-the-shelf DewesoftX data acquisition software with a series of supported industry-standard interfaces makes IOLITE the perfect choice for even the most price-sensitive measurement and control tasks.
Distributable Down to Single Channel
IOLITE devices come in single and multi-channel versions. Devices can be daisy-chained together with a single cost-effective Ethernet/EtherCAT cable with RJ45 connectors. Devices can span up to 100m apart.
This makes IOLITE perfect for distributed measurements where you can place data acquisition close to the source of your measurement - sensors.
IOLITE Multi-Channel Module Amplifiers
Currently, the following multi-channel input and output modules are available:
- 6xSTG: Universal analog and strain gauge amplifiers. Compatible with DSI adapters for IEPE, Thermocouple, RTD, LVDT, current measurements.
- 8xLV: Isolated 8-channel voltage module. General-purpose voltage input with high accuracy and high channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground isolation.
- 8xLA: 8-channel isolated current input module with BNC or terminal block connector and.
- 8xTH, 8xTH-HS: Isolated universal thermocouple amplifier, available in a high-speed configuration. Supports any thermocouple type sensor.

Industrial DIN Rail Mounting
IOLITE multi-channel modules are compatible and can be mounted on a standard industrial DIN rail. This makes them perfect for mounting in industrial cabinets, similar to PLCs and similar devices. IOLITE multi chassis offers an easy clip-in mechanism for mounting to all standard industrial DIN rail mounts.
IOLITE single-channel modules are small and can be placed next to your measurement points. They offer screw holes for easy mounting with screws or any other method.
IOLITE Single Channel DAQ Modules
The following single and multi-channel input/output EtherCAT DAQ modules are available in the IOLITE line:
- 1xACC: Single channel voltage and IEPE input module.
- 1xSTG: Universal analog and strain gauge amplifier. Compatible with Dewesoft DSI adapters for expansion to Thermocouple, RTD, LVDT, current, and IEPE measurements.
- 4xDI: 4 channel digital input module.
- 4xDO: 4 channel digital output module.
- 1xAO: Single channel analog voltage output module.
- 3xMEMS-ACC: DAQ module with fully integrated low-noise triaxial MEMS accelerometer for structural monitoring.
- 3xMEMS-ACC-INC: an inclinometer version of 3xMEMS-ACC. In addition to triaxial acceleration, it includes temperature compensation to precisely measure static inclination.
- IOLITE-2xASI: DAQ module with 2 analog inputs for interfacing two Dewesoft ASI-1xVIB-50g vibration probes and 1 digital input channel for connecting an RPM sensor (tacho) specifically developed for machine condition monitoring.

IOLITE 3x-MEMS-ACC
Integrated Low-Noise Triaxial MEMS Accelerometer
IOLITEi 3x-MEMS-ACC and 3xMEMS-ACC-INC devices are dedicated devices for structural monitoring applications with a fully integrated low-noise triaxial MEMS accelerometer.
Devices are designed for a tailor-made structural health monitoring solution and thus ideal for permanent condition monitoring on big structures such as bridges, buildings, antennas, and stadiums.
With only 25 µg/√Hz spectral noise density and 100 µg, residual noise at 50 Hz bandwidth the devices are a cost-effective solution for seismic measurements. The FFT recorder below shows the residual noise of the three axes at the sample rate of 100 S/s.
Even though the devices measure acceleration, they can also be used to precisely measure displacement by integrating the acceleration twice and applying appropriate filtering. The task is straightforward in DewesoftX data acquisition software and only requires you to check the displacement measurement option.
